On my 99 sohc 4.0, it has two cats, one on each side. Before and after the cats there are o2 sensors. I wanted to maybe switch out these cats with high flow ones or replace 1 cat with pipe and the other with a high flow one. My only concern is will it mess up how the 02 reads?

On your secondary 02 sensors, buy two 02 simulators, work great.
Or if you get a flasher have them disabled
