Replacing UCA and the front/back adjustment bolt snapped, where to get replacement???

I'm replacing both UCA's and the passenger side front/back adjuctment bolt snapped off. I need to know where I can get a replacement bolt if I can get the old one out??

If not then where can I get the upper arm for the two piece control arm from???

Napa should have one if not.. Dorman product ie Help! should carry something
