For those of you that didn't see Rattler for real, it's a Steep, slippery slab that isn't easy to even walk up. Matt was the only one to attempt it (Lizard had done it before), and he didn't go down the back side (which makes the front side look like an interstate!)


The water was deep and FAST!!! At the deepest point, the water was up on the front of Matt's hood. If I had taken my Sammy in there, I would have floated downstream about 10 seconds after I got into the creek!

I was going back and forth on that decision all night Saturday night and I figured that after being behind the wheel for that long....the long ride home .....I just couldn't make it..... I'll try to be there on the next run if Jeff is ready with my truck....

Glad everyone had a good time, I wanted to hit alot more trails but due to the high water, some of the trucks couldnt get to them, oh well, next time. If you guys wanna set up another run soon, maybe for the end of June or early July, and this time actually camp, and do some harder trails. Well, life is sucking here so Ill be around somewhere.... talk to ya'll later.
