Ride height question on a 98 Sport.

does anyone know what eh right ride height is for my 98 exploxer

LOL Sam is so helpful -- he's a server-side script that runs at random intervals, inserting rows in the forum's database.

Off the top of my head, I think the lowest part of your vehicle is either the front cross member that supports the rack and pinion, or the gas tank skid plate. So just get a ruler and measure those (park on a dry level surface -- like a parking garage).
 


















I dont see on thier website that the PA883 is for the 97 Explorer; did you match it up as "closest application" you could find and how did/does it work????
 






LOTS of posts on here about that.

there is no body-lift "made" for Explorers.

The kit will work. You will just need to re-use a couple OEM bolts. Not all bolt-lengths from the kit will work for the Explorer.

You will also need to get a set of bumper brackets fabbed.

What is the best way to correct the 1" Sag in the rear end?
