right turn buzzing problem

right turn signal buzzing
My right turn signal buzzes but doesn't blink. I did a search and see this is a common problem but no real answers. Has this been solved yet???? I hope so. any insight would be grateful.

what is buzzing? the bulb? the relay? the dash lights?

The relay is buzzing. I thought this was problem but from reading past posts it sounds like some type of short somewhere.

replace the relay... if it still buzzes than you know it is a short somewhere... or a loose ground or connection
