Here are changes that people brought up and were used before to fix problems, just some background history of the spacer desgin:
1. Remember when they were painted, it took longer so he powdercoats everyting now eliminating all the time needed to paint and dry between coats.
2. Thanks to the frist costumer noticng that the 3inch lift on the back made the axle rub, Ben changed the size to 2.5 max in rear
3. Remember when it was a pain to install cause it was hard to line the holes up for the bolts, well he now welds bolts in place.
4. Ben used to include regular bolts but because of disscussion he uses grade 8's now.
5. After noticing the 3inch spacer might be a little too much, the size was limited to a max of 2.5
6. The newest change is the he includes very detailed instructions
OK lets start the solving, I believe that the 4wd's are heavier and in the end run have a different spring wieght and can run a bigger lift. And a 2wd has a different spring wieght and lighter than the 4x4 version.
So here is my solution/opinion, please chime in!
4wd limit size to 2.5
2wd limit size to 2inches
