does doing this even help?....I've been thinking about it but the rack is like 1/2 way back and I don't see how it would help light the front of the vehicle...

I don't know if it differs with models or not but with my sunroof that front bar is like 1/2 way back!

I am going to mount a single extra little 55w slim light Under the rear bar for rear lighting....

in front of the vehicle or into the distance? if you want tright in fornt your going to need foglights..... and not offroad beam lights... jefe drilled his out, but he also reinforced it too

ohhh..yes it help's..i was thinkin about puting my light's up there so i tryed it out..very bright..might i say somthing tho..if your doing rear light like you said..use 2 light's not 1..1 just look's kinda odd

I'm just gona use a single till I get some cash to buy more lights....I've got it layin around....why not put it to use....or I'm gona mount it in the little spot where a ball would go...since I never plan on towing anything...

if the lights on the rack will work for good lighting I'm down with doing it....also how exactly do you re-inforce the bar?

i don't think you really need to unless your getting heavy light's..otherwise you "should" be fine..lol

splashman: what brand/style of lights are thoes?...I think they look perfect....how do they light up things?
