it has about 70k on it and I recently bought it at 66k. I plan to replace the spark plugs as its due anyway.. my question is should i replace the coils at the same time for a peace of mind?
I am coming from turbo X5 world where you basically want to replace coils every 40-50k.... I am wandering if these ecoboost fords are the same?

Also see if there carbon build up on the throttle body and clean with carb cleaner if so.

Welcome to the Forum.
It may not be a bad idea to change the plugs if you are experiencing a rough idle. The Ford recommended replacement interval is 100k miles.

Get an OBD2 bluetooth adapter and scan for DTC using ForScan. If no codes then as mentioned its possible u have carbon sludge on the intake valves (very common).
