My 2018 makes a rubber bushing rubbing sound when turning while the car is cold. Like when I first turn out of my driveway after a cold start. My 2014 SHO did this as well. Once after it does it, I won't hear it again until the next cold start. The ambient temperature doesn't seem to affect this, as it would do it below 0F or at 90F.

ABS system check?

I haven't heard one of those since my 2000 Crown Vic, but this doesn't depend on vehicle speed. It's only when turning the wheel and moving at low speed after a cold start.
