SCT chip to fix occasional 2-3 shift flare

Will the higher line pressure of the SCT chip fix the notorious 2-3 shift flare and low line pressure/slow gear engagement the 5r55e tranny?
Is the updated reverse servo seal included in the TSB 03-22-10 for the slipping 2-3 shift?

Weighing my options to fix this. My trans slips the 2-3 occasionally and reverse and drive are a slow engagement.

I would try to contact Doug on this one. Glacier should be able to put his thoughts into this as he's a transmission wizard. Good luck. But, in my opinion, a chip will not fix your transmission problem.
