She Won"t Run???

okay so i just got in my explorer and cranked it put it in reverse ans she dies... okay test the batt-good. test the alternator-good i can hear the fuel pump running and it will run at idle for about 3 secs and die checked the rear end fuel pump cut off in jack storage and it is not been activated. i can hear just a slight hiss when it dies could this be a vacuum leak? i can keep it running if i stay on the throttle and i am not showing any codes i have a sct flash tuner installed returned to stock to see if that was the problem and it still is giving the same symptoms any ideas?

If you are hearing a hissing noise it sounds to me like a vacuum leak to me.

If it stays running with your foot on the gas it could just be your Idle Air Control Valve.

is the i.a.c.v. the vacuum diaphram that has the little vac line on it? and is that something that would just go out like that i had just driven the explorer 5 miles with no symptoms or problems?

thank you that did help i searched and searched and couldn't find anything i think im just gonna rent a car to get to work and drop it off at the shop but i am definetly gonna make sure they check the egr and iacv first
