Skyjacker extended radius arm bracket install ????

One more question to all that installed Skyjacker extended radius arms on their Sports....
where in the world do I drill those damn holes to install brackets???? instruction says attach driver side bracket to existing holes.... there are no holes on the frame in this location..... did they mean passenger side? there are two holes there that lign-up...

give me some pointers.....

in the mean time I'll go and ripp front pig apart...

one more thing..... I have resolved the other issue... just drilled holes and forgot about it... driver side though... on the inside of the frame there is a plate welded to the frame that kind of restricts acces to the new holes drilled for new radius arm brackets... I'm gonna cut openings for bolts and nuts.... and was wondering if anyone had the same issue during their install of the extended brackets...
