Slanted Steering

The steering wheel in my explorer is lined up at a 15% angle vs. a perfect angle. Any ideas on how to do it yourself would be most appreciated.

You are saying it's turned 15 degrees off center?

If so, and the steering wheel has never been apart, then the way that is corrected is a front end alignment. Do NOT pull the wheel and straighten it back up. That wheel is off center because the alignment has gone out of whack. An alignment shop will center it.
