2002 New Keyless Entry Module. How Do I Sink The Key Remotes To Them.

I merged the threads. Give people time to see your thread and if they know the answer, I'm sure they'll tell you. You don't need to start a new thread about it.

Good luck. :)

i have the walk through at home, i will post it later, its goes something like, turn the key on off on off 8 time leave it on the doors will unlock and lock to show its in programing mode, ther press a key on every remote you want to work. this also means if u have one fob already programmed and u dont press a key on it, ti will be eraseed from the system. then turn off and it should unlock and lock saying its out of programming mode. and BTW be patient next time.

Sounds like it to me....crap..where is my instructions...

OK found them...

1) Turn Ignition from OFF to RUN 8 times within 10 seconds, with the 8th time ending in RUN. Doors locks will cycle to confirm programming mode.

2) Within 20 seconds press any button on the first keyless remote. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming.

3)Withing 20 seconds, press any button on the second keyless remote. Door locks will cycle again to confirm programming.

4) Turn ignition OFF. Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode.

Ok thats the remote sync..., but the keyless pad...:dunno:

Patience Grasshopper.....gonna peeve people if you get like that:nono:

The keyless Pad. i just bought an 02 explorer and no keyless pad numbers were included with the car. I found out where the pad numbers are located at though from a post on this forum. The number is located on the computer, which is on the passenger side, 2nd row, behind/below the seatbelt against the window. It took me like 5 mins.
