I have looked EVERY were! I need a picture to show EXACTLY were the speedo cable hooks to the tranny. I need to replace it but I don't exactly know were it goes and I want to know for sure before I start pulling crap apart. And PLEASE don't move this thread as has happned before. Thank you everyone!

i beleive it connects on the transfer case.
 












hmm it hooks up on the transfer case , right up behind the shift motor on the output of the t case, it is held on by a tab with a single bolt on it,

Assuming 4x4, yes, it hooks up to the rear output of the t-case. If 4x2, then it will attach to the rear output of the transmission. In either case, it is just forward of the rear output, where the driveshaft attaches to the transmission/t-case.
