So, is doing the spring over axle flip as simple as cutting the mounts from the bottom of the axle and welding them to the top? Do I need any special parts other then new U bolts? Also, is it better to raise the shock mounts or to keep them lower? Another thing I want to do is put F150 spacers under my coils and put in soft 4" lift coils and get an alignment and adjustable camber bushings. Does that seem lagit? Right now my front end sags a bit causing my front TTB to be on a slight V shape. Any suggestion would be great. I plan on doing this in 2 weekends from now.

I don't really want to put new drop brackets on the front, as I'm not prepared to be cutting rivits.

Sweet, that gives me a pretty good idea to what I need to do for the rear. What exactly can I do for the front? My friend did the 4" soft coils in the front and he didn't have drop brackets. The TTB sits SLIGHTLY in an A form, but not enough to bind the center U-joint. Is just doing the F150 spacers going to be enough to level the front and rear?

If your friend has 4" coils without drop brackets, he's going to waste his front tires pretty quick. You can't get it aligned going over 2" without drop brackets.

In order to level the front to the SOA in the rear, you need at least 5.5" of lift in the front. That's why Superlift sells it as a kit.
