well i did manage to find this online so i guess i will go with the cheaper one for 32 bucks...my parts house quoted me 85 bucks and it sounds like the one listed for 91...

i am sure i will be getting new tie rod ends soon too but there is so much slop in the draglink i gots to do it asap...:D

I called them and for refernce the part number matched and the price didn't, they say it is 59.99, so 60 bucks, i'm shopping...

the part i am getting for my 91 X 4x4 is the draglink itself, a.k.a. centerlink at some stores...you can not get just the bushing and press it in...i am getting it at pep boys for 31.99 and it is the same exact part number autozone has the price showing 31.99 online but which they sell at 59.99...the part is duralast DS1176...

 as for if the 4x4 and 4x2 are swappable, i did not try it but, while i was searching for my part i checked part numbers at several stores for both and they were different...
i hope this will help some others :D

colin has been the most helpful person considering i am a hurry up and let's get it done kind of person, and he has put up with me quite well and i owe him big time...:D

WHOA!!! You guys are getting really serious here!!! :D I wish you luck... :p:

ok, i put the drag link in without any problems at all and i had to adjust the right front tire out a little bit...it is driving better and i lost the major shake at 40-45 mph...it still pulls to the right a little and i will be changing the tie rod ends in the near future...

now i have a clicking in the right front tire and it sounds like the rattle in a paint can...it actually flops over per wheel revolution and disapears...i hit the brakes and it shows up...i turn either way and it disapears...i still have to cut the wheel locks off but this rattle thing just showed up...any ideas???

all you need for the wheel locks is a big screwdriver and a hammer;)

no room on these wheels and there is not much for the screwdriver to even catch on...i did buy one of those gator sockets the other day...no luck, unless you count breaking some of it's pins lucky, lol...
