steering wheel/front wheel shake when turning

Before when I turned the wheels it was smooth and now after I turned the wheels with the explorer off to access a loose inner engine guard panel, now I have a shake in the wheels when they turn as well as the steering wheel, any ideas?

Air in power steering system. Very common see about two of these threads per week. To bleed, just turn the steering wheel lock to lock a few times.
