Hi, really strange problem here again. Ill try to explain as good as i can. A month ago, when my wheels were straight my steering wheel was straight direction too, but now after every ride the wheel goes little bit more and more "off" or in the wrong direction, so now if my wheels are straight the steering wheel is like almost totally turned to the right position. I hope someone understands what the heck is happening. :(

The Tie-Rod adjust the Toe and that clamp could be loose throwing the alignment out.

You should look at the steering parts under the front end, both tie rods and adjusters on either side should be inspected for tightness, and any problems like cracks or damage. Same with the steering knuckles, drag links and pitman arm.

Usually the steering wheel being "off" just means a front end alignment was done by twisting one tie rod adjuster more than the other, but if it is happening by itself, and the amount the steering wheel is "off" is increasing, something is happening to one side of the steering system to cause it, and you need to find it before driving the vehicle again, to be sure it isn't something major that could cause a loss of steering control.

Thanks guys! Can you please provide a picture, hard to understand without. Where is this clamp`?

I found this on google, is that something i should check on both sides?

Some types use a clamp with a bolt and nut looks like a bicycle seat clamp is what I picture in my head. But I guess the X just uses a different type. Just a nut on the end Its that bug nut. If your loosen that big nut the part the you have the green arrow should turn and either move the wheel inward or out ward. Yes both sides would need to be adjusted to line the tire pointing straight. You would first line the steering wheel straight. Then adjust the "Toe" so the wheels point straight. Typically you would line both Toes slightly inward the left wheel slightly to the right and the right wheel slightly toward the left both toward the center slightly. Cause when the truck is moving forward it tends to push and splay the wheels outward.

That image is from a newer IFS setup, but the tie rod adjusting mechanism is pretty similar and in the same location:

You should inspect everything on the steering links, the tie rods, adjusters, drag links, anything that's on those circular tubes in front of the TTB or attached to it.

This need to be addressed quickly, if the steering wheel is changing position each time you drive something is seriously loose and could lead to major steering issues.

Highly recommend you "limp" to an alignment shop. If it's a tie rod problem and you manage to get the toe close,
it will still require alignment. Setting toe precisely is splitting hairs, if you are off as little as 1/16", it's misaligned.

Luckily its a few miles to the workshop so i think i will take a risk, thanks for the concern, i understand that its quite dangerous and im not feeling good about it at all. Hope it gets fixed fast.
