Thank you, it was a fun trip.

Love what you did to it, but in fair banks, don't they have those frozen lakes and rivers that you can cross over?, like in Ice Road Truckers on history channel, I remember last season they were running around in Fairbanks, now they're somewhere else, but if I were you I would love lots of fun on that Ice road... :salute:

It's summer right now, winter is just around the corner though. I can't wait.

Haha!! But BECAREFUL, if you ever watched the show, you know the ice cracks and breaks under tons of pressure put on by those trucks. And also, I didn't know they let passenger cars on those ice roads, if they do, that is great! and it'd be nice if you have someone record what you do on the ice, but I think there is a maximum speed of 25MPH.
I'd love to drive up to Alaska one day just to let my rubber touch some ice...:p:
It barely snows here in NYC, and when it does, it's either a little shower or a big storm, and I'd be very lucky if we got any storms this year. When there was a big storm back in 2004 or 2003 (can't remember), I remember while others where shoving the snows away from their car, I just crushed the snow and lce, and left the scene! :D

The ice I'm mainly on is for an ice track [Other than the ice covered roads =/ ], which is plowed by a few F350 Twin Turbo Diesels, I don't even hesitate to go out there with my truck. lol

Ice is here... smashed my front bumper in a lil bit with a cement divider... =(

No pictures yet, the passenger side is pushed in a little bit.. My Hella 500 is wedged up against the header panel... and there's a dent in the bumper on the passenger side... I figure I can either have someone yank it out.. (Prolly a bad idea.. but who knows.. )

Other than that, I'm thinking about hammering out the dent... and then using longer bolts with spacers to get the bumper straight. The two pieces of metal on the bumper that connect to the frame rail are bent in a lil bit, along with the piece of metal on the frame... each side is bent back a little bit......... gah..

Oh yeah.. what else... I hit a mail box and had to pull a 2x4 outta my grille... it's cracked a lil bit... lol..

BTW, my airbag light came on the other day.. but it went away after a couple restarts... no codes came up either other than the famous P1260 but that has nothing to do with it.

As for getting a little out of hand on the ice... dude.. I just slid into it... it was ridiculous... I had to have an F250 pull me across this gas station parking lot... because I couldn't reverse away from this cement wall thing..... RWD SUCKS!

Updated my registry a little bit, took some pictures down.. put up a new current pic.

I see you got yourself some hella 500's! They look great in that location. Are you happy with there light output? I know I was.

They definitely help, but could be better as far as the beam pattern. (but for the money I paid.. definitely worth it... they light up what my headlights don't.)

I have a set of Rallye 1000FF's, I'm going to get another set and put all 4 on the roof.

after reading your registry a little bit it looks like you have had them for a while now....Maybe im just retarded and never noticed.

Pattern? There pensel beam theres not much to mess up with the pattern...

I've had them for... uh... Idk... not a really long time..... but it doesn't matter now because my whole aux light system isn't working!!!! ugh...

I've narrowed it down to my system, and not the truck... mini fuse panel fuse is good, stock fog relay is good.... it has to be one of My fuses or the hella relay... idk... they quit working after I was jumping another truck.

eeekkkk I hate electrical problems....I took your advise and bought some clear corners the other day. Im hoping they will show up friday. Did you remove yours?

No, I didn't. You're probably seeing either my originals, or the orange bulbs in my clear corners depending on which picture you're looking at.

I need to find some clear bulbs that light orange, or something to that affect.

On a side note, you might notice with your clears.. the lights go into the sockets a lil differently than your originals.... like they're turned at a different angle to lock in... didn't affect the install in a bad way though... just kinda confused me at first.

haha thanks for the warning. do they make such a thing as a crear bulb that lights up orange? also I did some research on here and everyone sais the aftermarket clears turn yellow pretty quick...have any issues with that? Also, have you read this thread before?...http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=87602

Yup, read the thread.. was too scared to go through with it though.. I don't even have the tools to cut into it anyways... no yellowing problems here [yet]. But I've not had them for a long time.
