Strange Noise please HELP

This noise is starting to worry me, it seems of the past couple minutes its been getting louder. Its kinda like click ,click, click and its coming from the roof. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Check the roof rack and the rail moldings in the roof. My rubber gasket was have torn off and it clicked then started whipping the roof.

Just pokin fun, I'm pretty sure tbars4 was right on this one. Woke up to find all kinds of goodies under the tree, and someone has been eating my cookies? Anyways, while I did go up to check out the roof rack, thanks "97V8" its seems now that I have poop on my shoes.
