Sunroof or roof rack leak

My 1998 Explorer Sport with factory sunroof has a leak. The leak is seen in the headliner at a point approximate with the rear seat grab handle. I was thinking sunroof. Any chance this is a roof rack leak?

Open you sunroof and check to see if your drain hole is pluged. Maybe run a little water down it.
