Well, I don't know exactly what you are asking, but I'm guessing you maybe wanna put a 4x4 lift on a 4x2. or maybe vise versa. There are some differences, though subtle, that make this a tough task. I have a 94 Explorer 4x4 with 3" lift, and a 92 Ranger 4x2 with the same amount of lift. They are CLOSE to the same suspension, but not quite the same. The pivot points are designed differently, and I believe, though I can't be sure, that the geometry for allignment is also different. I hope this helps some.
