Swap 98-01 lift gate on to 95?

So I believe I read this can be done. I know tail lights and rear bumper are different.

I think my 95 4.0 XLT may have the 3rd brake light with the ballast...so what would I run into there? Is there anything else I should know? Hope this isn't too random of a question Thanks!
