Sync 2 to Sync 3 Problems

I recently upgraded my sync 2 system to an aftermarket sync 3 system and it works fine expect for the fact that my steering wheel controls and voice commands no longer work. Does anyone know a solution in forscan for this?

I don't use FORScan as I lease my vehicles, but I'm sure that someone will be able to assist you.

i actually did some messing around in forscan and was able to get it working but thank you for the input none the less

idk if this works for every vehicle but in Forscan In the APIM(AS BUILT Format) I just pressed on the Load Factory AB after I tried something from a video to get my climate control working again but it ended up fixing my wheel issue as well
