Is anyone else having problems with the syncmyride website? I go to log in & I get a page that says "Our system has experienced an error. Pelase try again." However, it shows me as being logged in. When I go to Manage Sync, it doesn't have my vehicle anymore. I try to add it again & it has my cell phone but when I click Next, I get the same error.

I get the same errors, something is wrong with the site.
 






Working fine for me.... Maybe it is only working for Platinum White Explorers...

Yep, I fall into both those groups as well. Working fine, although last week when I logged in, it said my sync services account was suspended and I had to reactivate it. Not sure what that was about, but all is good with the website for me.

The sync services, even though they give you three years free, has to be renewed each year. The account gets suspended until you go in and activate and agree to the terms again.

Aww, thanks...I thought it had something to do with the blacklist :D
 






I haven't had my car for a year yet.

Edit: I just tried the site again & got in with no error so all is good again
 






I just logged in and clicked on Manage Sync and got the ERROR Our system has experienced an error. Please try again.
I had a live chat with Tanesha, gave her my VIN and password and after 20 minutes she tells me "There appears to be a website concern, our web administrators have been notified to correct this concern. Thank you for chatting with the SYNC Support Center. Have a good day."
 






My vehicle showed up after logging in this morning.
Selecting Mange Sync produced no issues or errors and was able to download and email the vehicle report.
 






I too just logged in with no issues!

I see you're all able to log in without errors now. It seems there was a little down time this week while we worked on SyncMyRide.com. Please let me know if you experience any more problems logging in!

Hi Rebecca. Must be working for the others but I haven't been able to log-on for the past week...btw...truck is only one week old. Its not accepting my log-on and password, when I click "forgot password" I get the same error message as the others received. Any advice?

Just tried logging onto syncmyride and had no problem.
BTW, you say your vehicle is only 1 week old but your profile shows 2006 Explorer EB?? Did someone forget to update? ;)

Tried again this morning...no luck. Even used different browsers (Explorer, Firefox, Chrome). Umm yeah, forgot to update...easier fix than this mytouch prob..lol. Traded in the EB for 2013 Limited.

I was just in there trying to change the default phone number (we have two listed currently, mine and my wife's) and I get a "Our system has experienced an error. Please try again." error. It happened late last week, so I gave it some time, but it's still occurring as of the time of this post.

Do you receive this error while selecting the phone number or after clicking SAVE CHANGES? Please send me a private message with your VIN, both phone numbers on the account, and your user name. Thanks!
