what was wrong?

i have a 95 ranger xl 2.3l 5 speed standard cab 4x4 and i'm curious why you didn't like your truck for off roading....are you looking to go xtreme or were you not happy with your truck? your post says your truck is a 4x4 but your signature says it is 2wd....

what i meant by that is that i dont think i want to pump all the money into my 01 to make it 4x4 and trail worthy when i could go alot cheaper and by one that already has 4wd in it i would love to do a sas into it but i think it would cost way to much to get it into my truck and i dont have another vehicle for a dd so i need a another car before i think about doing that i mean i could save the money up over the next couple months i already have 1200 saved that i was going to use to put 4.56 and a locker in the rear of my truck and then start the front but i am looking a front axle transfer case and new driveshafts and prolly some other stuff i am leaveing out to put it in then if i take it riding and roll it like tom just did his navejo i dont have anything else to drive you know ???? so i figure just buy another truck that has 4wd already in it

$1200 is a good start and you should be able to find something if you take your time and wait for a great deal, put your stock wheels and tires back on your 01 and use them on the 4x4.

I hear ya.....

i hear you...i got my first ranger shown here last july and it had several little problems...she works most everyday and the 4 wheel is great for construction sites in big bear and joshua tree and to go camping....she is to pretty to take out and go crazy but fun to explore in, lmao, get it, explore? anyway, if i run across another 4x4 i will snatch it up and make it my first 4x4 procect "rock crawler"...they are hard to find, but i am looking for one too...

yea i actully think i might just go another route now i ran into a guy around here fising to move and sell his xploer and it already has a straight axle in it and reayd to go offroad soi am jsut waiting to see what he wants for it been thinking that if he wants a higher amount i might seel mine and buy his then save up again and get a little dependable car for cheap to be my dd we shall have to see and ill look into thoose on craigs when i get home i am at work right now

you know of a maroon one in phoenix guy in the air force with a sfa yea he is going to korea and i think he said soemthing about selling it i am going to try to get a hold of him to buy it

daddy ja i would even buy the other one if he still has it

yea i see the maroon one like everyday here on base but the white one i have never seen before but if daddy ja wants too much then ill go with the white one
