how do i test for dragging brakes? when i spin my rotor, I can feel it dragging. I know this is normal, but how do I determine if it is dragging too much? I stuck a receipt between the brake pad and rotor, and it fit, but I am concerned there is too much friction. I just got new rotors and I dont want to warp them right off the bat(but do I really NEED to buy new brakes?)
