BBK makes some I think there 70mm or maybe 66mm I'm not sure but other people have modified there own by cutting down the center shaft but you'll have to do a search for that one.
My muffler is not the glasspack it looks similar to a flowmaster and its really deep and not raspy at all like I thought it would be, I've had a flowmaster and a magnaflow but this one takes the cake, I also mounted it as far back as possible so it wouldnt be too loud in the cab.

What brand is your muffler? Can you post a video on You Tube or here of what your muffler sounds like? You Tube has some video clips of Explorers (4.0) with different types of mufflers. I personally like the super 40 sound on the 4.0 X.
