Hey guys, I just received this email from my mom. She has a 2000 Explorer XLS
Yesterday, I noticed that when I put my car in reverse, there is a thumping or fluttering feeling under the area of my brake pedal or where I put my left foot to the side. I don’t feel it when I am driving forward. I guess it just happens when my foot is on the brake because I noticed it when I was turning onto a street.
We have got some trips planned this week and I am not sure if it is dangerous.
Anyone know what would be wrong? My guess is ball joints.
