Tickets for Tinting

But in registering it as a show vehicle, I thought that meant it wasn't to be driven on the streets (ie. no longer street legal).

you go up to secretary of state to do that... umm i am not sure if it makes it completely illegal to drive on the streets there are juss restrictins i havent really looked into it yett n im sure like everything else its different for each state.

My friend and i were racing in his car and we got pulled over. He thought he was really busted because we were going 130mph but the cop just wanted to give us a warning for his window tint. As he walked away he smiled and said "thats a pretty fast car you got there" and got back in his car!

So the cop pulled him over for the tint, and not becasue he was going 130mph? Is it just me or is there something wrong here?

Here's my question: If he was going 130 mph how did the cop even know his windows were tinted?

its a VW Corrado G60 supercharged and has a stage 4 chip. Brospeed exhaust, lowered 1.5 in, high flow intake and ceramic headers
