tire size...what size wheel

i have a 1997 mountaineer with 3 inch lift and i am putting on 31x10.5x15 dunlop mud rovers and i was wondering wat size wheels to put on...i know for sure i want the procomp rock crawler series 51 or the cragar classic series 342...but do i get the 15x7 or the 15x8...and also which one of those two wheels do yall like better?

the stock wheels will be fine with it... if you do any offroading, you would probably be happier with the 15x8 as it will also give it a beefier stance... 3.75" backspacing is the recommended on the explroer setup

its what the new rim size will be. your original stock size is like 15x7 with 4.25 backspacing. and your aftermarket rims will be 15x8 with 3.75 backspacing, causing you to have less rubbing with larger tires by stick them out a little bit wider.
