Torsion bar adjustment bolts

Just went to check out my torsion bars and noticed one bolt is threaded way out, there's about an inch and half of threads that could be twisted up but the other bolt is cranked way in there not about a half of an inch of bit sticking out
Why would they be adjusted so wonky? New to this torsion bar thing

From what I understand, this is typical. This was true on my truck. I lifted mine 1.5" and stopped there because one of the bolts at that point had been turned as far as it would go.

This is normal. As long as the truck is sitting evenly side-to-side, don't worry about where the bolts are.
