I know there is probably already a post about this but any ways im building a 94 xlt i want to het away from the a4ld but i want to stau auto what are my options

With an adapter kit, you can also do a gm 700r4 swap, if I remember correctly. Not sure on this, because I went the other way. I wanted to get away from the A4LD, too, but I went manual! No tranny problems now! Good luck, whatever route you take!
