Ok every one...i need help with a problem that was talked about a while back and maybe since...my 93 will not go into 4wd mode..there is a clicking sound from the rearleft of the truck but no light goes on and as far as i can tell no 4wd.i need the transfer case shift motor link again if someone has it...also thanks for the info about my heater core.ohh by the way,if i brake pulling into a parking spot i hear a clunking sound from the front end...any answers???it's only on occasion.ohh one more(sorry to be a pain)vibration at speeds over 65 mph...i feel like my console will vibrate into the back seat...the truck tracks straight and the tires are new(shocks maybe?)

sounds like a radius arm bushing making your clunk while stoping.... and you 4x4 problem sounds like just the switch or the selonoid on the t case needs replaced.... all of these are easy jobs....

You should find all the answers to your questions (as well as how to fixit stuff) here - Dead Link Removed

BOOKMARK this site. It will come in handy.

65MPH vibration is common on 1st gen Ex's. Run a search for it and you'll find lots of threads!

Radius arm bushings

If the procedure you find seems less than easy, I did it by slitting the bushing to the center and slipping it on instead of removing the cross member. Cheezy but quick and mine have lasted 70K.
