Transmission won't shift

My 95 has 73K on it and I've recently had a problem since
it has gotten cold. My tranny won't execute it's third
shift and if I keep accelerating the OD/Off light will start blinking and the code says "Incorrect gear ratio-third gear". However, after the engine warms up it shifts/functions completely normal. I'm thinking a solenoid is getting stuck as I just changed the tranny fluid/filter with no improvment. Has anyone had solenoids fail like this before or had a similar problem? I'm thinking solenoid replacement is cheaper than a tranny rebuild...hopefully.

Its almost a similar problem like yours that I had but my tranny would act up when its warmed up. I posted a question here a week ago but no one could help me. Until... someone emailed me this address:
