*Sorry for the size...I figured photobucket would downsize!!*

Well, since I have my other B2 up and running, I'll post a tribute page to my old trike. She was a good B2 and took me everywhere I wanted to go. I know it's not an explorer, but I figured what the heck...

Double Whammy down in Moab got the best of me. Had my pride not taken over, I would prob still be driving her around. It's always that "one last time" that gets the best of you...

Here's some shots of the recovery process. Two rigs, two winches. After that, checked her over and made sure everything was as ok as it could be. Then started her up. Drover her out on her own power and wheeled her for the rest of the week. Also drove it home 200+ miles. Minus the broken glass and no rear windows, she drove just fine. Tough little B2.

My biggest gripe was the loss of the IPF lights. I had just gotten those the month prior and was becoming very attached to them.

Looks like a pretty nice B2. RIP :(

BTW, I think this next B2 should be full width.

It'd be nice, but I've currently got too much tied up in the axles. I'd like to start getting parts together for now though...

Here are some action shots of the trike before the roll. She was a good B2. All these were in Moab, you may be able to tell some of the spots.

I can't tell from the angle of the pics, but how did you roll it?

I was wonderin' the same thing??

Those recovery pics are magazine-quality!

So when did this happen? and how similar/different is the new rig?

I also rolled in Moab, I can relate. :(

I took a line futher left of Double Whamy (You guys know the deal there) I had to take an angle at it due to my wheelbase (prob be a bit easier in an explorer or ranger) But when I took my angled approach it was one of those situations where you either barely make it, or you roll...I did the latter. I was too far left, and was at a sever enough angle on that my passanger tire came over me. Laid it on it's driver side once, then onto the roof, and then as you see it in the first few pictures. From the pics it looks like I'm nowhere near Double Whamy, but one I got back on my feet, we drug her a back a ways so we could roll her over.

As far as the new rig, it's an 89 Bronco II, 4.0L, D35 5.13, ARB, Ford 8.8 5.13, ARB, 35x12.5x15 Wrangler MT/R's...quick specs, I can get some pics of this one as well if interested...

Yes a few days old. I don't check this forum much.

The 'new' BII sounds nice. Post up a couple pics of it.
I'm really suprised that 410 hasn't shimed in on this one yet.

Holy crap I did not want to see this thread, looks way too familiar (except I have not gone over, yet)

I do want to see the New BII however, sounds awesome.

cage cage cage cage cage cage cage is on my list before Moab 06.

You can pick up a straight BII body for under $400....
