I have only recieved 2 deposits so far. If the majority of the deposits are not recieved by 12/18 I will have to cancel the run.

This message is addressed to everyone who signed up for the 2003 Truckhaven run. At this time I would like to get deposits from everyone who still plans on going. If you can no longer attend please email me.

The deposit is $20 and is refundable in full when you show up at the run. In order to participate in this years raffle you need to make a deposit. We have always had potluck dinners on Saturday night at the Truckhaven run and we would like to continue this tradition. Please email with what you intend to bring. It can be anything from a home made dish, to a bag of chips. Don't feel you have to bring enough for everyone since combined we should have plenty. Bring your own meats and bring a dish or some treats to share.

Don't forget, if you are under 18 you MUST have a parent/guardian with you or a notarized medical and liability release. Please email me for details.

Please be sure to go over this equipment check list as well http://www.explorer4x4.com/trail_equip.html A working CB is VERY important on our runs! A tow strap is a must, or be prepared to pay for someone else's strap if it gets torn while trying to pull your vehicle out of trouble.

I'll have to send my $ in next week. $ is tight right now cause I just bought my on-board air system, and I think I bent a spidle over at Glamis. =( On top of that, I'm probably going to get a new job. I won't have everything done to Xplodor by T-Haven, but I'm definately going.

Yeah, I think the main concern with the registration is the potluck. Don't cancel the run, if anything, the potluck will be limited to people that had put a deposit down and who signed up for it (potluck). I know that sounds kind of mean, but everyone was warned about the refundable registration fee, and I think it's more unfair if there isn't enough food for people that brought food, then it is to limit the potluck to people that preregistered/signed up for it.

Hey guys, pretty new to the boards but a regular over at ORR and RRORC. Saw this run over on ORR and wanted to make sure that a non-ex owner (but kinda a distant cousin?) would be welcome? My junk's only 2wd but fully locked rear with 4.56's and MT's. I've wheeled with DesertSpive some of the guys from ORR before, and would be very interested in coming down and wheeling with you all. So let me know what you think and i'll sign up and send in the $$.

Also I'm hoping to be on these boards a little more in the future, as after the holidays are done i'll be seriously looking for a 91-94 Sploder Sport 4x4. If anybody's got one for sale in CA please e-mail or PM me! Hope to meet some of you guys soon!

Rangers are certainly welcome. You should do well on some of the easier runs with the locked 2wd. One of our guys... we call him Gopher should be out there also with his 2wd Explorer. You can probably guess why we call him Gopher

i want to go... but i may not be avle to get the days off work, and my 6 month dl suspension is iver, but my license is still suspended due to no insurance... so i am still not driving, and mty truck isnt fully fixeed yet.... still needs about $300 left of work into it.....

I don't mean the armrest on the door. I only have one seat in back, the small one on the passenger side and when matt's cousin was back there she was getting flopped around since she had nothing to brace herself against.

Hey John (Aquaman), do you know how long a trip it is? Also, when are you planning on leaving? My Dad and I are thinking about going, but i was just wondering about how long the whole trip will take. Also, if we end up going, wanna caravan?
