Undercoating

I'm in the midst of getting a 2003 Sport Trac. It has some rust starting to form on the underside so i wanted to por 15 it before it gets worse. Has anyone done this and, if so, how much undercoating was needed?

There's so much on this just search "Por 15" without quote marks.
