Vacuum line...how do I fix it..edit fixed it

How do I fix this line? I don't see the tube thing at any parts store. Do I just replace the line going from the T to the cylinder?
Strangely I see no difference in how the X runs. Discovered this morning as I was adding washer fluid.

Why not try to make a splice? just find something that has the same outter diameter of the inner diameter and slide the two together. MABY 1/8TH. air line or parts out of an ink pen. There is always the salvage yard.

No one had that small of a line so I got a hose that would fit over the T & the end of the tube thing without using the end connectors & that seems to work.
Not sure if the larger line will effect anything. No codes & runs fine.
