Ventilation problem, can you help me ?

Hello,

Today, i have change my blend door, by a brand new blend door.
Now i have cold and hot air !

But i have only one speed of ventilation !

The max speed ventilation work good, but the another won't work !

Can you help me please ??

If you have the manual selector, with knobs,

There is a blower motor resistor-under the hood. It is positioned at about 4 o'clock on the blower housing-look for a plug going into the blower housing in this position, remove the 2 screws holding it in place and pull it out of the blower housing.
 






I have read, but i don't understand all...

For help me, can you take a picture of the part ?

The speed controller resistor is located where you see a rectangular hole, in this picture.
