I get them online from place like operationparts.com, bravo company, rifle gear, midewest px, SKD tactical, etc. The key is to really figure out what you want before ordering, to get the most items in a single shipping batch. It will save you a lot of money vs doing it as 1 offs.
If I were you I would buy a complete upper assembly for the rifle rather than piecing it together. bravo Company has really nice uppers that are 100% milspec with cold hammer forged barrels and really high quality bolt carrier groups. They are a great deal for the price. Check them out here:

then all you need is a lower parts kit, buffer tube, buffer spring, buffer, castle nut, stock of your choice, iron sights, and optics
