Does anyone know the weight of a stock leaf spring compared to the weight of a 4" lift spring from like SkyJacker or National? Thanks

I assume you're referring to the entire pack not just one leaf, right?

If so, they should be the same. I don't think the lift packs have any additional leaves just more arch. That said, I'd guess 50-60 lbs. per pack.

National springs have a lot more leaves than stock. They are thinner than stock, but I do believe the entire pack would way a bit more. My pack started out with 13 leaves, I have 11 in now.

Skyjacker and other lift companies do not use the mega leaf, soft ride springs.

Thanks Rick, I didn't know.

So, if the leaves are thinner, would you think the entire pack is heavier or about the same weight?

I would think they are heavier since the entire assembly winds up thicker.

a pair of Skyjacker 4" springs weighs about #125

Close to stock springs.

Thanks guys. There is such good help on here. Just trying to figure out some weight ratios. Thanks
