Nice choice!! Nice truck!

I think the blue looks good. Much "classier" than cheesy red.

Greetings!

I have done red too, and silver :)

I clean and paint the intakes each time they are out of the truck, IMO you MUST remove it to paint it!!
geesh I work on too many 5.0L's!! Long live metal upper intakes! LOL

More?? I did say Crazy!

That's nice! it matches the air filter accordingly

did you take the upper intake manifold out or just went crazy with the masking tape and wrapped everything?

Newspaper and scotch tape did the job.

yikes blue bolts!!

cool thing is you can leave blue rock tops on the trail :)

Put 'em in a sponge while you got 'em out and they paint up right easily.

I've done 'em too

Oh I could go on.

Take some acetone right quick to your egr valve to remove the overspray.

Damn that is a tight finish!
Use any scotch tape in that process?

Awesome!! was that intake for ABBA's or Mariah Carey's truck? holey cow the rainbow glitter intake! I love it!!

JT what happened to your old black intake? I know you have aftermarket on your 347 right?

*cough* powdercoat *cough*

I like the looks, I was planning on doing something like this in the summer. I was gonna get the master cylinder and AC lines as well as the finish is peeling off of my AC lines.
