Anyone who has done seals feels my pain in the back and neck...LOL

I changed both front halfshaft seals and the pinion shaft seal. Damn that is a pain in the ass since it only takes 5 minutes to get the seal out and the new one in. The rest of the time is pulling all the garbage out of the way to get to em.

:frustrate

Anyway, anyone have a trick to filling t he front diffy?

Without being a contortionist?

I bought one of those cheap pumps with plastic tubes from the Auto Parts store. Makes it easier and less messy.

Easiest way to fill the front diffy is to buy a pump from any auto store ('Bout $12) . I got one from Advance Auto that comes with two 6' long hoses. One hose in the bottle, other in the diffy and pump away. Works like a charm.

How does it work? Does it fill thru the fill hole or the breather tube?

I haven't even looked under there yet to find the fill hole.

Great, I'm gunna get it.

BTW, diffy plug is on driver's side of the diffy and points out towards the driver's side near the axle shaft. You use a 3/8" socket wrench (with no socket on it) to remove and install it.

Ya, 3/8's socket...got it...same as the rear....I'll look there tomorrow...thanks fellas.
