Welcome to the Forum sterlinggold. :wavey:
There are various posts on this subject throughout the forum. Depending upon where you live, I recommnd getting the Husky or Weathertech floor and cargo mats. They are much superior to the OEM all-weather ones.
The MRSP on mine was around 52K and I got it for around 49K. There wasn't much movement on price around here on the initial models in Dec. 2010.

Labor Day Specials???

I am currently in negotiations for a 2013 XLT with 202A comfort package, Hitch package and Moon Roof. I am at 38,800 MSRP and one of the dealers has put an offer of 35,200 on the table. The interest rate is holding me up at 4.9% for 72 months as there are several models available at other companies at 0 or 0.9 on approved credit. I think I need this deal to get a little sweeter before I pull the trigger. I am not in a rush and still looking at a couple of different brands. If I get a good salesman that needs to move a car and drops a smoking deal in my lap I may jump early but I am also hoping Labor Day Specials may seal the deal.

Newby- what is the rate at a local credit union, or at your bank? Sometimes their rate combined with the cash offering through Ford beats a low interest rate somewhere else when the math is figured out for total cost of ownership...
