Ah yes, another DPFE meltdown. The two hoses should be connected to the DPFE. Melted DPFE's don't work so well. Replace it, and make sure the hoses are in good condition.

Pretty nasty looking. Do these things self destruct like this typically? I will have a look at mine to make sure the hoses do not ever come off.

I've never seen a DPFE that bad. They usually flag a code before that happens. I was amazed to see that picture. There is a large and a small hose (usually), so try to see if you can tell a difference.
