What to part out - 1996 Explorer 5.0

I have a 1996 Explorer 5.0 that has a rod knock in the motor. I am pulling the transmission to sell and I am pulling the motor and all associated motor/trans control electronics for other projects. I'm thinking that doesn't leave allot of value left. The seat material is in OK condition, but the drivers seat side cover is broken off of the framework.

So what else of value do you think I should attempt to sell off of it?
