What to use on polished wheels??

I have some problems with my polished wheels, I got them off a friend, and they have been sitting outside on a car for like 8 months, and they are kinda...well blah looking, and well he got bored one day and started to primer his truck but didnt mask off the wheels and they got over spray on them. So I need something that will take off the over spray, but not harm the wheel, and then something to polish them up like new..please help...

just get some mothers polish and see if that will take the overspray off, it should.

Detailing clay (Zaino, Clay Magic, etc) will take the overspray off. As for polishing, I'm partial to Wenol myself. The blue tube of it is less aggressive than the red tube. I'd start with the blue one.
