Now that I am trying to sell the vacant houses to other EF members, we have actually thought about doing that. It would definitely free up the driveway and garage for Reaper and Leviathan (the ski boat.....yes, I name all of our vehicles ) to park in. The Nasty Hoe (Turbo Hoe?) and Succubus, and occasionally other Demon 4x4 members trucks, would be showing off their articulation skills as well as parking on each other in the yard. Great for property values as well as pissing off the HOA and neighbors which is our goal.

You know, many cc&rs have a provision where you can abolish them entirely if enough of the owners vote to do so. Fill the neighborhood with EF members and you might have enough votes to s**tcan the cc&rs and tell the HOA to shove it. Check your documents.

You are correct, one of our elder neighbours is in the process of drawing up paper work to have this done, one section of out acco has already been removed.
